We dreamed of Sambal as a bridge between the land and the palate. We have designed our menu using agroecological ingredients exclusively, creating an unmatched culinary experience. Every element that reaches your table not only delivers a burst of Caribbean flavor, it also carries the love, care and dedication of our partners in the fields.
We take our guests on a sensory journey through the landscapes of Colombia, achieving an elegant fusion of Caribbean tradition and fine dining.
We respect nature's processes. Using agroecological produce allows us to guarantee the utmost purity, freshness and sophistication in every dish.
We give back to the land through unwavering support and fair pay for our farmers. While they give their best in the fields, we honor them in the heart of Getsemaní.
Sambal is much more than a restaurant; it is a haven of authenticity where the magic of our land comes alive on your plate. We invite you to be part of this virtuous circle.
One of the best dining experiences in Cartagena. Sambal takes local produce to another level.
